Welcome To Lone Mountain Farm

Lone Mountain is a 100 acre farm, located in the South Mountains of Western North Carolina. We offer a variety of outdoor and classroom related programs, designed to educate while instilling a passion for the great outdoors. We have been educating many elementary aged children throughout the Piedmont and Foothills of Western North Carolina since 1995.

Elementary schools, church groups, scouts and many others have been coming back year after year. Feel free to browse our site, and let us know if we can serve you. Lone Mountain Farm is located 15 miles south of Morganton on Hwy. 226, 3 miles east of  Hwy. 64, in the historic and scenic Golden Valley community.
